MetroList, Lundy launch AI assistant for real estate professionals

A new artificial intelligence tool is now available for real estate professionals, combining the resources of MetroList with the technology from Lundy. The AI assistant is designed to handle a range of daily tasks through simple, natural language commands. Agents can use it to manage their inbox, summarize lengthy email threads, and quickly search through property listings and market data without needing to navigate multiple platforms.

The system aims to cut down on repetitive administrative work, allowing agents to spend more time with clients. By interpreting conversational requests, the assistant can pull up relevant sales histories, tax records, and neighborhood statistics in seconds. It also helps organize communications, flagging important messages and drafting replies based on user preferences.

Developers behind the tool say it learns from each interaction, improving its accuracy over time. Early testing showed that agents were able to reduce time spent on data entry and email sorting by a significant margin. The rollout includes training modules to help users get comfortable with voice and text commands.

While the assistant is currently focused on core real estate functions, plans are in place to add features like appointment scheduling and contract analysis in future updates. The partnership between MetroList and Lundy signals a growing trend of specialized AI tools entering the property market, aiming to streamline workflows without replacing the human judgment that remains central to the industry.
